JABBERWOCKY
Illustrations based on the imaginary beings of Lewis Carroll’s nonsense poem ‘Jabberwocky’. The narrative recounts the killing of a mythical creature named the Jabberwock.
My decision to explore the poem was based on Carroll’s unique invention of words, which are without intended explicit meaning. This provided the freedom to construe the poetry in my artistic style.
